Donation Requests

DONATION CRITERIA

In order to qualify for a donation from QC Familiy Entertainment, your requests must meet the following criteria:

  • The donation request is submitted online via the form below at least 30 days prior to the event date.
  • The organization’s focus is aligned with QC Familiy Entertainment’s Core Values.
  • The event/organization is located within 35 miles of a QC Familiy Entertainment location.
  • The event reaches a large local or national audience and serves the greater good.
  • The organization’s focus is one of the following categories:
    • Education
    • Military (and First Responders)
    • Sports, especially bowling-related
    • Health
    • Local Community

In order to maintain focus, QC Family Entertainment does not provide charitable donations to:

  • Individuals
  • Political Parties or Advocacy Groups
  • Third Parties Raising Funds for Charity

By submitting this application, your organization agrees the information is accurate to your knowledge and to identify Triple Shift Entertainment (or its specific venue) as an event sponsor with the use of the company logo.

DONATION TYPE
