What days of the week are your parties available?
Parties can be booked online any day that we are open. Sometimes we party because it’s Tuesday.

I’m booking a kids’ birthday party… Am I supposed to include the birthday child in the guest count?
Yes, please include the birthday child in your event’s final headcount. The guest of honor is the name we’d love to see first on the list!

What if I want to customize my event?
No sweat! Complete the form on our Parties & Events page or give us a call at 309-517-1158. We are available Monday through Friday, 9 am-6 pm CST.

What if I need to book a last-minute party?
Procrastinators are people too. Please call our sales team at 309-517-1158 to check on availability. Our business hours are Monday through Friday, 9 am-6 pm CST.

What kind of parties can I book online?
Kids’ parties with 8-20 guests can be booked using our online portal. If you would like to book a party with 21 or more guests or want to learn about customizing an event to match your specific needs, we have a fantastic team of party planners to help you out. Complete the form on our Parties & Events page, and one of them will reach out to you shortly!

I’m not sure how many people will be attending my party. Can I add more people later?
The minimum headcount for our packages is 8. If you are adding to your guest count, notice is appreciated but not required. Bring the entire town, seriously. We will figure it out.

The minimum will be 2 lanes, without headcount. I would also mention in there, it is subject to lane availability if they bring more guests we may not have lanes for them.

What should I do if I need to edit or change my reservation after I’ve already booked it?
Give us a call at 309-517-1158. Our party planners are happy to assist. We are available Monday through Friday, 9 am-6 pm CST.

What is your cancellation policy?
All reservations are final, but we are happy to help you reschedule your event or make adjustments as needed.

Why didn’t I receive a confirmation email?
If you booked online, please double-check you typed your email correctly. We recommend also checking your spam/junk folder. If you still don’t see it, please reach out to our team.

What is a “service charge or event fee”?
The service charge covers the overhead and administrative costs for your party. It is not service charge, though it will support additional compensation for our events staff. No service charge to our events team is required or expected.

How many people can we have on a lane?
You may have up to 6 people bowling per lane.

How do I request bumpers for an event?
Let our front desk team know when you arrive. All of our lanes have bumpers, and they are quick to set up.

Can I bring my own party decorations?
Decorations are allowed, but they must be cleared with our Sales & Events team beforehand. Unfortunately, anything that could cause damage to the location walls, floors, or equipment or cause an excessive mess is not allowed. Table centerpieces, birthday candles, and balloons are easy ways to make your event special!

Can I bring my own birthday cake or cupcakes?
Absolutely! Cake or cupcakes must be store-bought and arrive in sealed packaging. Unfortunately, we can not allow homemade items due to health department guidelines. We recommend against bringing ice cream cakes since we can not guarantee freezer space.

Who will be serving and helping us during the party?
Each party has a server ready to make your party great! They will be able to assist you with any requests during the party.

Who do I ask for when I arrive for my party reservation?
When you arrive, let the front desk you are here for the Par-tay.

What if we don’t want the fun to end when our party is over? Can we stay longer?
Let your lane server know you’d like to stay, and our team can help take care of the rest. Please include/mention that it will be subject to lane availability and other reservations. We ask that all.

When should I arrive for my party?
Let’s shoot for 20 minutes before, but we know how it is with kids and husbands. We will take 10.

What should we do if we’re running late?
Fashionably late? Please call the location ahead of time to let us know if you are running late. We will try to accommodate you as best we can. Add/mention this is subjection to lane availability. All parties are scheduled during special timeslots and others may be booked after your time is up, and we may not be able to add more time lost on your behalf.

When do I let you know what topping I’d like on the pizza?
Please let us know which topping you’d like on your pizza when you arrive/check-in.

We love your food! Can we add more for the party?
Thank you, we love it too! Give us a call at 309-517-1158, and we can customize your event. We are available Monday through Friday, 9 am-6 pm CST. If you are already onsite for your party, ask your server.

How long is a round of laser tag?
The laser tag experience from start to finish is approximately 15 minutes.

My child wants to play laser tag. Are there age or height restrictions?
Due to the size of a laser tag vest, children should be at least 4′ tall to play and enjoy the full experience of laser tag.

I forgot my socks! Do you sell them?
You betcha! We have vending machines with socks for purchase.

I have a food allergy! What should I do?
Please let your server know of any allergies, so they can help you with your food and drink choices and inform the kitchen.
